We recognize the importance of providing value and service in a Florida Keys vacation rental package. Our office staff is always eager and available to offer information about local attractions of many types. Water, land or air excursions are available to you, either in advance or upon your arrival. We will also be happy to give you recommendations for restaurants and other activities on our islands. Child Care: Babysitters are available with advance notification and are certified thru the Red Cross. ( 48 hour advance notice please for scheduling purposes.) Groceries: For a $50.00 charge we can have food, drinks and other items in your unit for your arrival. Include an extra $150.00 to your final payment, and we will shop your grocery list up to $100.00, providing the receipt and change. You can either email or fax us a list with specifics. Guests may shop on line @ the local Publix grocery store by clicking here http://www.publix.com/MyGroceryList.doto make a grocery wish list and email it to rentals@gailsislandrealty.com. Prior to your arrival the items will be purchased and delivered to the rental unit. The local info for Publix is 5407 Overseas Hwy, Marathon, FL 33050-2710; Main: (305) 289-2920; Pharmacy: (305) 289-3192. Please send your email request 48 hours before arrival and follow up with a call to make sure we got your order. Maid Service: For $20.00 per hour per housekeeper you may request extra housekeeping services during your stay. ( 48 hour advance notice please for scheduling purposes.) In addition, Gail's Island Realty offers value added services for our guests such as complimentary startup consumables, after hours emergency maintenance services, plus a comprehensive travel insurance option which protects your vacation travel investment in the event of unforeseen cancellations.
