From Miami:

Drive south on US-1 towards Homestead, FL. US-1 continues south thru the Florida Keys designating points along the journey southwest to Key west as Mile Markers or MM. At MM 54.5 make a left hand turn after the Cirle K / Shell Gas Station, on left side of road in Key Colony Beach Shopping Plaza Suite #309.
